Our Breastfeeding Basics Workshop covers all this and more:

This 2-hour workshop is jam-packed full of interesting breastfeeding facts and information to help you to get off to the best start. It also contains information about local groups so that you can feel armed with the information and support you need before you get started.

This workshop is suitable for couples at any stage – if you are just pregnant but would like to get a head start on breastfeeding knowledge, if you’re almost ready to give birth and would like to learn more, or if you already have your

gorgeous baby but would like to learn more to support you on your breastfeeding journey! Babes in arms always welcome.

Partners are welcome at this workshop. This does not have to be your relationship partner, or your baby’s other parent. It

can be whoever you wish to support you – your mum, sister, friends, dad or brother!
